sounds like you may be yeasted (candida)....? I would do colonics, anti fungal supplement, probiotics, and anti candida diet for a few weeks....

That could be why. Nuts and fruit are a bad combo. Fruit should be eaten alone.

There are so many variables. Without knowing about you, it's difficult to say but here's some things to think about.
It could be too much fiber if you're not used to eating that much. Is this the same thing you eat every day or is all this raw fruit new to you? If you're new to the raw food diet, this can happen in the beginning as your body adjusts.
Many people get gassy and bloated when they mix other foods with their fruit (like nuts). Proper food combining may help you.
Too many fats can also cause bloating as well as overeating in general. Try to only eat when you're hungry.
Probiotics and or digestive enzymes may help your belly.
Assuming that your bowels are moving regularly every day, constipation is probably not the cause but something to pay attention to.
Candida can also be an issue.
You may want to give your digestion a little break and do a short juice fast or just eat much, much lighter for a day or two.
Eating a raw food diet REALLY helps you to tune into your body and know exactly what it needs and also what's causing an issue. If you spend a little time (when you're a little less stressed about your belly) and tune in to your body, you may get exactly the answer you're looking for.
I hope you feel better soon.

For a quick fix, try some digestive enzymes.
