Good morning=)
Today I'm planning on having...
watermelon smoothie
Alissa's Indian Spinach Dip as a warmed casserole over cucumber rice
pineapple
Probably mushroom tikka masala (again!) unless we go out somewhere
Funny that I would consider some flax crackers or other hard thing that had been dehydrated a loooong time raw--but wonder about the rawness of my warmed food casseroles...they are just so good I guess that I don't feel at all like I'm following any diet. Hallelujah!!

Hi everyone! I've been MIA the past few days as I've been so busy, but I've stayed raw and I'm still loving it. I have been detoxing a lot though. I did finally get a job, which makes all the nerves for the interview worth it. I also saw Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes the other day, which was great and I blogged about. I'm going to my Weight Watchers weigh in in a few minutes. I haven't eaten anything yet today. I don't know how much I'll lose this week, but if I keep losing more then 2 lbs per week they make you get a note from the doctor or else they'll kick you out. So I may have to stop going which is OK with me.
Yesterday I had:
Green Smoothie
Spinach Masala
Vegetable Juice
Pad Thai with 'Peanut' sauce- mmm this was so good, I blogged about this too.
Carrot Cake
Thick, do you have the recipe for Mushroom Tikka Masala? I posted this on your page in case you didn't see this. I made an Indian curry the other day that was pretty good but not great (unlike the Pad Thai yesterday Wooo! My mom is still raving about it), but the "deep fried" Gobi Masala was excellent and I bet it would be a good accompaniment to the Tikka Masala. I have 2 recipes for Malai Kofta, which used to be my favorite, so I will have to try that too. Thanks in advance.

(I know you already know this Carly=)
The mushroom tikka masala is--
button mushrooms, red bell peppers, vidalia onions (and tonight I also added snow peas yum)
with a creamy masala sauce made of-
soaked cashews
2 red bell peppers
3 serrano peppers or cayenne ( or less of course)
1 clove garlic
salt
couple of shakes of garam masala powder
stir the sauce into the veggies and put in a casserole dish, then into the dehydrator for an hour or more.

sorry to be redundant, but with search the way it is..
I'm sure one day I'll be tired of it, but that's not today (or yesterday or the day before)
