Hello again my raw foodie friends!
Most of you are probably not close enough to join us, but I can't help but make sure I get the word out. Just in case you're near or in Jacksonville, FL, I wanted to make sure to share with you about the Sensational Smoothies Party and Class we’re holding at Shakti Life Kitchen while there’s still space. (And the first one sold out more than a week before the class…)
We’re going to learn how to make a number of smoothies, including:
*A gorgeously layered and fresh "cocktail"
*An incredibly simple fruit smoothie
*A "green" smoothie that isn’t even green!
*A V-8-like veggie concoction that’s like the "real" thing, but better
...as well as information about freezing fruit, storing smoothies, and how to throw together a wonderful smoothie of your own creation in no time!
