Alissas Oatmeal???

I was considereing ordering some of Alissas Oatmeal today and I wanted to get some imput from all of you. Have you tried it, do you like it, how do you prepare it, and is it really similar to s.a.d. oatmeal? One more thing, did you feel heavy or bogged down after eating it? Thanks for your help!
