I just finished reading tonight Howard Lyman's book Mad Cowboy and all I can say is Wow. I had some idea of the health effects of eating beef but had no idea how grazing cattle on public lands, the government is suppose to be protecting, is destroying this country. If anyone has not read this please do so, this is one book I am going to get into my families hands to read. I have the opportunity to go hear Howard speak on Nov. 11 here and I will report back after hearing him speak.

Yes his site is very informative. In his book he relates almost all the other cattle ranchers he used to play poker with have either died or have one of the major killer dieases in this country. :( I believe Howard is 64 or 65 now.
