Hi - is it possible to warm nut milks a little and keep them raw? If so, how do you keep the temp under 105 degrees?

i think if you can keep your finger in it, it's not too hot. a great way to warm raw foods is indirectly, set a pot on the stove on med heat with about an inch of so of water in it, set a bowl on top of the pot (bottom should not touch the water) and put what you want to warm up inside. of course this only works for liquids but i hear people use their dehydrators to warm up solid foods.

Why would you want to?

Mainly for comfort probably. Why question it?

I am finally giving up coffee. Have been 80% raw for about 8 months -- now I'm going all the way! I bought some raw organic Rooibos in powder form - it is delicious mixed with nut milk. I was just thinking how good it might taste at 98 degrees . . .

Should I give up the fantasy?

how about setting it out in the sun for a few or so hours? kind of like making sun tea.

You can also warm it with your vitamix or use a boll of warm water to surround your glass of milk.

Many ways that you can do that!

Congratulations on letting go the coffee.

Hugs!
