go for a walk, do some rebounding, have a warm or cool bath, read a good book, call a friend and chat or simply sit and meditate. those are the things i did when i fasted and it assisted me tremendously!!!

I find its all about the mind set, once you start thinking about food thats when it starts slowly entering the mind, and hunger sets in. also I noticed that on the second day thats when the hunger eating the stomach seems to go away, with me anyways. keep it up! play a game or something to keep your mind off of You know what.

Keep the water going in, as that helps with the detox. Tomorrow will be much better for you. For me, the mental clarity that comes with making it past that hump of the hunger pangs, is worth resisting the temptation to eat. The discipline you are establishing at the same time, helps with any food disciplines you might be trying to establish, once you resume eating.
On day two of my last fast I popped a potato chip in my mouth just because I was in the kitchen...I had been doing dishes or something. I didn't eat it, but only realized what I was doing when I tasted the salt. I had to focus on not gong in there the rest of the day, or the temptation to nache was too great. So I read information online about fasting, how to go into it gently and break it safely, how to help the detox, etc. By the next day and the following, I was able to prepare meals for my wife and go grocery shopping without any hunger. I was working outside in the heat and consuming my body weight and more in ounces of water each day. So I say fill up with the water, and stay close to the loo:). Tomorrow gets better.
