Hi everyone! You've all been really helpfull and supportive in the past and I had another question I wanted to get your opinion on.
I'm a big believer on "if I can't eat it in it's natural state, my body wasn't meant to have it."
Mostly things like onions, tomatoes, peppers, ect... These foods just aren't palpable to me; but I'm not too worried about them.
What's got me worried is greens. I can't eat them unless I make a green smoothie, and I like to mono eat, so that doesn't really work for me. I know I need greens in my diet, but they just aren't palpable to me. I can't eat them straight, and "green water" is digusting! Haha!
However recently some of you got me into the idea of sprouts since money is tight and they are reletivly cheap. I'm wondering if I eat a sufficient amount of sprouts, if i can really cut back on greens, or eliminate them all together?
Thanks in advanced!
