Fruit leather trouble shooting

I've tried making fruit leather in the dehydrator for the 2nd time...it comes out yummy, but it's really hard to peel off the parchment. Is there a trick to it? I don't have teflex sheets and would prefer not to use them. I also think I'm making it too thin, maybe that's why it's been hard to peel off? Anyone have any advice?

Either too thin or not letting it dehydrate long enough.

Also try slicing Bananas and drying them. What a SWEET Treat.....
