Poor Cashews?

Um.. Hi... I have neglected my poor cashews, raw --- for about 2 years. They have been sitting in the bottom of my fridgyder, in a plastic ziplock bag. They dont smell like old man bum or nuffin, hehe, but eh, Do u think they might still be baad? As in butt breaking bad running to the bathroom if I make the kale chip recipe with cashews? Do ya do ya? eheh. I should have put these in the darn freezer!!! argh! 5 pounds of raw cashews.... oy veii!

"All the USDA charts I have say 9-12 months for frozen nuts." I got that from another site. Yours weren't frozen. I'd say "toss them".

You can always just eat a handfull and check your symptoms. Usually Nuts gets rancid, becoming stale.
