Hey! What a cool find! If you can't find structions online? why not take a third of zucchini and try each blade out?

I use mine every time I make veggie pasta!

If you'd like to see a video demonstration - QVC has one here (http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.2/app.detail/params.item.K7702.desc.Fuller-Kitchen-Solutions-Manual-Vegetable-Curler-Slicer), that's where I ordered mine some years ago. Just click on the "video" tab above the picture of it. *Ü*

Hey DebB...

I cannot remove the blades... you know the blades that can cut the items differently? Its on the white plastic. It came with one already attached to it, but I cannot remove it, not because I think its stuck but because I lost my instructions and Im not sure if Im pressing the right parts? Any ideas?

Haha! I thought my unit was the only one with 'removing blade' issues... mine is tight as well. This is what I do. When the blade is in place and you want to remove it -- on the backof the blade at the base is the little latched tab that locks in -- press right above that tab towards the handle and that will help it disengage.

I have to do that every time I want to remove a blade. It just locks in very tight and needs some help. Hope you enjoy it!

If you'd like to give me your email address, I have the instructions. I could scan them and email them to you. *Ü*

I hadn't used mine for awhile and was frustrated at not being able to get the slicing blade out in order to put in the noodle blade.
That is when I noticed the little tab again. Just press on the tab and you can lift the thing right out while pressing. If you force it too hard you are running the danger of snapping off the tab. I don't know if that would prevent the blade from working, but it might get sloppy with the circular motion and slide up. Be careful.
The little compartment in the bottom also uses those tabs to secure the other blades. So again, don't force it.

I have just always push the front bottom back a little as I pull up. You mean it had instructions??!!!
Well anyway I have never used any other blade so I am not sure what the others do.
