Today I am accepting that my house is probably not going to sell this summer. Yes, I know it still might..But I'm allowing the relaxation to melt all of the extremely stressed out (think crying and vacuuming, sweating and panicking) parts of my mind.
I have moved a lot of my stuff already and havea lot of work to do with giving stuff away and orgainizing toys/books for when we do sell it, eventually. But there was a time even a week ago that I thought I had to be out in 30 days--now those people have fallen through.
Most people buy a big family house in the spring or summer because most don't want to move in the middle of the school year. Maybe I'll find some homeschoolers=)>
Anyway here's the food plan~
green smoothie-spinach & banana
honeydew melon
mystery (but going to the store today for sure)
Thanks for listening!=)
So far today - 1 banana and some blueberries, will be making a green smoothie soon - probably frozen watermelon, spinach & carrots. Also took a clove of garlic (chopped into thirds & swallowed pill style); my son has a cold and I don't want it - also he's still nursing a little, so if I can boost my immune system it'll help him heal too. Not sure what else the rest of the day, I'm kinda in a rut and need to look up some new recipes I think....looking for a way to use up the rest of the broccoli in the fridge too before it goes bad.

Breakfast was a couple of mandarins (not ripe) and a banana. Had to rush off for bank chore but enjoyed the morning, felt calmer than I would normally doing such stuff!
For lunch, loads of beansprouts mixed in with chicory and some soy sauce. No access to nama shoyu or tamari or braggs in Buenos Aires, will have to pack some on next London visit.

So far today I had a green smoothie with 2 bananas, a pear, kale and dandelion. For some reason it was almost to sweet for me today; maybe I needed to add more greens. Right now I'm eating a salad of field mix, goji berries, olives, red grapes, red onion, and sunflower seeds with ginger-miso dressing.
BTW, for whoever asked (was it Carol?) I talked about the carrot cake I made in yesterday's blog.

I haven't posted in a few days b/c I've been studying and trying to enjoy what's left of the summer with daughters. If I'm on the computer and it's not to do with school I feel sssooooo guilty. Still going raw strong though. Today I've had my usual green smoothie for breakfast and 2 bananas and 2 apples at class, I'm wanting to eat to calm myself, my emo-eating issues have kicked in with all the study stress and so I also had a handful of brazil nuts and 3 or 4 stalks of celery dipped in raw almond butter. I'm rebounding daily and practicing yoga when I can. I ordered callanetics from e-bay for a great price, it should be here Wednesday just in time for my last final!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!! I did callanetics 20 years ago and it totally changed my body, hope it works it's miracle again:)

Carly - I just checked out your blog and posted a comment there. I hope to make my carrot cake tomorrow, didn't have time tonight as I had to take my dog to the vet after work. She is okay just getting older like me. I did manage to get the ritz crackers, corn chips and eggplant pizza in the dehydrator though.

Today was great.... I had made wraps last night from collard green leaves (the filling was amazing... walnuts, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, garlic, nama shoyu, processed) and fresh tomato slices, plus a fabulous salad of cucumber, onion, & grape tomatoes with an apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and agave dressing. Ohhhhhhhhhhh and let's not forget fudgy balls...... (everytime I make these I crack myself up thinking about the SNL skit with Alec Baldwin on a public radio program talking about his recipe for 'shweaty balls'.... lol... it's funny, trust me)
:D
