fabulous smoothie: spinach, blueberries, grapes, banana

3-4 lbs watermelon

2 large salads:romaine, arugula, tomato, cuke, avocado, dulse, seasalt, olive oil

1 lb cherries.

Day before, sub out the spinach for beet greens, the blueberries for raspberries in the smoothie, and I think that's it....

I always start my day off with 1.5-2 quarts of green smoothie...

Bananas later on..

Then for dinner, a big tomato salad (from our garden - yum!) -- tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, sweet pepper, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, s&p. I've been eating this salad every night since our garden started poppin' out tomatoes. I love it! *Ü*

Hi T-Bird ~ I'm in Washington State. I tell ya - we put in raised beds this year and used the compost that we composted over the winter. Our tomatoes are INSANE! They've literally busted the metal tomato cages they're so big...! We'll definitely do things different next year. I've also been dehydrating them (love marinana sauce) and so far have 3 quarts full of the dehydrated tomatoes.

I put 1 plant in called Amish Paste and they make the yummiest tasting deh. tomatoes! *Ü*

Shoot! I *almost* order those seeds for my 2010 garden, but I think I didn't - I was going crazy with all kinds of tomatoes....

watermelon, mango, green smoothie, banana w/almond butter-a little honey-some walnuts (twice), tomato sandwich made w/lettuce leaves, lemon water w/acv, can't remember what else. I ate a lot yesterday. Today, only cukes/tom/mango w/garlic-evoo-acv twice & that's it.

2 servings of water with 2 tsp. ACV and 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (morning and early evening)
1 Tbsp. of food grade Diatomaceous Earth in 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
Green smoothie (3 big collard leaves, 2 frozen bananas, 1 peach, 1 date, 1 oz. of frozen wheatgrass juice, 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, 2 tsp. maca - so good!)
A few cherries
Serving of Alissa's fettuccini alfredo, including some slices of red pepper and portabella mushroom - not bad
Cherry Chocolate Chocolate Chip banana ice cream from GoneRaw.com - this was awesome, I'm so glad I still have some left for tonight!! :D

So far today I had my ACV and DE (every morning!) and a super yummy raw oatmeal. I made it using Jen Cornbleet's recipe, but left out the apple and added in a mashed banana. Mixed in a Tbsp. of flaxseed oil and some walnut milk. OMG, perfectly mimicked the cooked version I used to always make and totally hit the spot.

I've got the Ritz crackers in the dehydrator (my first time using the DH!!) and made mock salmon pate to have on them for dinner tonight.
