Hi,
I just discovered this very pleasing salad this morning.
Marinated mushrooms, avo and rocket Salad
Wild rocket (small leaves) cut into 3 cm pieces
1 small avo, cut into cubes
a few spoons of marinated mushrooms
Marinated mushrooms
Mushrooms, cut into slivers
A few dashes Tamari
A few dashes of olive oil
Mix mushrooms with oil and tamari, giving it a good shake in a container to cover all the pieces.
Mix all the salad ingredients together.
Enjoy.
Notes:
You can also add some mange tout (cut up in pieces).
Wild rocket is a smaller leaf, it doesn't burn like the normal sized rocket - just nice and peppery.
