This is just like the cucumber rice recipe I posted except that it also has serrano peppers in it and corn.
cucumbers (I have been using long english cucumbers-the unwaxed kind)
corn
serranos or jalapenos
Morn's cheese sauce http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=36567
So rice some cucumbers in the food processor by cutting them into rounds and pulsing them until you get them small--but it is still good if you blend them all the way up to a pulp. Then add salt and drain it through a metal colander or cheesecloth. The salt is to pull liquid out of the cukes.
Then pulse up some serranos peppers or jalapenos and corn in the same way. I used whole foods organic frozen corn as they do not blanch it and I'm sure its not monsanto engineered (which Im not so sure of the fresh corn in my market).
Make Morn's cheese sauce ( i only use red bell pepper, almonds, lemon, nutritional yeast and salt) and stir the three together. Then put in a glass casserole pan and dehydrate for an hour or more. You could also make a tiny glass ramekin of it first in case you don't like it as much as I do=)
I know, this thread is useless without pictures..I'll take some soon! I hope you like it=)
