Hemp Seed Oil

Does anyone use hemp seed oil as a dressing ?(or for anything)

i bought some today.....on its own its okay but on my salad i didnt enjoy it that much....

also.....flaxseed oil? can i use that on a salad?

I use a lot of hemp seed oil. It has a great nutty flavor and it's so good for you. It's very high in omega 3 and GLA. I love it in my salads but there's only one brand that I'll buy because it's superior, in my opinion, in flavor and quality. I would tell you what it is, but the last time I recommended a product not sold by Alyssa, my post was removed.

You can use flaxseed oil on your salads but if you've never had it before, I'd buy a very small bottle to try. It's an acquired taste and people either love it or they hate it.

Just remember, they both need to be refrigerated.

i was torn between a larger 5.99 bottle or a smaller 8.99 bottle that had pumpkin oil and primrose oil aswell......id spent too much already that day so i went with the 5.99 one....
