Have a little question, it's quite odd though.

Since becoming more raw, and perhaps more sensitive to things, if I get a paper cut, or a scratch from my toddler, or a cut cuticle, the whole area swells up for 5 or 10 minutes? At first I thought I was bitten by an insect, but then I realised it was just a scratch.

What's the deal with that?

I don't know......I'm always wounding Myself because I'm in to everything and moving So Fast. I guess the next time I'll take the time to check things out.

not a raw thing that i'm aware of.

put a little lavender essential oil on it - that'll take away the swelling, help it to heal and remove any bacteria. ;)

I have seen this in injuries. To me, it appears to be an accelerated healing. As in, our new raw bodies sending all the aid there quickly to repair wuckly and get it gone.Enjoy it, it is the amazing power of raw bodies!!!

Another excellent healing agent is Raw honey. I had a slit in my thumb when we moved the HFS and from intense opening of boxes for days and days this slit would NOT heal. I put some Raw honey on it, bandaged it and honest-to-goodness, the next afternoon it was healing shut...

As far as the swelling up and being extra sensitive? I think our bodies become very clean and it's their way of getting rid of the toxins.

ALL my senses have become heightened since becoming Raw.
