I am about to go shopping today for my new raw food adventure. I noticed the recipes in Alissa's book don't mention serving sizes. Do these generally just serve one person or two or ? This is probably a dumb question, but I'm so new at this that I have no idea just from looking at it. I'm wondering if I need to double everything for my hubby and I or not. Thank you.

Blessings,
~Lisa~

I don't know how many people in your household eat raw, but I've found it's a good idea to cut Alissa's recipes in half -- at least the first time you make a dish. That way, you're not out so much if you don't care for an item. My roommate and I can't always finish a dish before it goes bad. Better to make things more often, and have it be really fresh, I say! :p

Thank you Greengirl. That was helpful advice.

Revvell, I had already done a search and found that thread, but it didn't answer my question. That's why I asked my question in a new thread. I was wondering if possibly Alissa devised these recipes with an average amount of people in mind for each recipe. After making some of the recipes, I'm finding they are definitely for more then one person.

Lisa,

Greengirl pretty much said the same thing I said in the thread I gave you. Sorry it wasn't helpful. :(
