sounds good to me too. i wish i had cherries, but the ones in the shop came from California so would've been jetlagged, so I'll keep waiting for local ones.:D

Thsi sounds good to me.

Try slicing the top off the tomato and 'gutting' it. Then you could mix some of your other chopped veggies together with the sprouts and stuff the tomato. Still the same ingredients but maybe presenting it a different way would make you feel like you are eating something different.

I'm thinking finely chop some cucumber, radishes, carrots, parsley and celery, mix with the sprouts and stuff. I'd go light on the radishes, but think the rest of this souncs pretty good to me.

Hope you like this.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Cabbage in salad is so yummy!

take the cabbage and shred it, julienne the carrots and celery - cut the tomatoes up into tiny chunks.

toss lightly with olive oil, cayenne and lemon juice.

if you have some jalepeno peppers to add some more spice, that would be nice as well.

I like to make "leftover soup". You've got great ingredients for it. Just throw some of the tomato, zucchini, celery, radishes in a blender with a touch of salt, olive oil, lemon, maybe ONE date if you have any, or a small hint of agave. THEN chop up some of a couple of the veggies so you have something to chew on in the soup.

NO PROBLEM!

You can do this ANY time you have veggies left over. It's almost always good enough, even if it's not gourmet or whatever! :D

Cole slaw
Finely slice cabbage. Finely grate carrot(s). Put some mung sprouts, lemon juice, a stalk of celery and a tomato or half a cucumber in the blender and liquefy. Add any spices/condiments you have on hand to taste. If you have olive/coconut oil add a little of that. Blend thoroughly and pour over cabbage and carrots. You could use finely grated Radishes in this slaw for more color and a hint of spiciness, if you like. If you want to sweeten it up a little add a carrot and blend with the dressing or juice it and add it to taste.

Cantaloupe Cooler
A good cantaloupe is simply wonderful just blended into juice all on it's own. Just cut away the peel and scoop out the seeds. Cut into chunks, put into blender and liquefy. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. If you like you can make a granita by pouring into a shallow pan and freezing. Be sure to stir it every 15 mins or so. Remove from freezer when it reaches desired consistency.

Tomato Cucumber Salad
Dice tomato, dice cucumber and combine in bowl. Put lemon juice, parsely and some radishes in blender and liquefy. If you have garlic, you can either add a clove or replace the radishes with it and slice them into the bowl instead. Some of the mung sprouts might be nice in the bowl too. If you have olive/coconut oil, use a splash or two in the dressing.

Hope that helps :)
