Dried Laver seaweed

Is Dried Laver seaweed raw? If so do you have any recipes using it?

It would depend on how its dried and what Temperature was used in the Drying Process. I have NO Recipes but you can Always add it to Smoothies. So I will give this Thread a gentle "Bump" in hopes that someone will come along with an answer for you.
