Unfortunately, it won't be 100% raw.... :/
I do enjoy a larabar every now and then, but they all seem to taste the same. They are a good snacktreat, though

Since some of them are already not raw-- I cannot imagine that pb&j will be raw.

I *just* posted about the Cocoa Mole version. Very yummy. Good cocoa flavor and a little chili kick at the end. Definitely doesn't taste like all the rest.

They are a fruit and nut bar that claim to be raw. Some ppl don't consider them 100% raw, but I'm not a nazi about it, and to me the ingredients are raw! They are filling and delicious.

Well, the bars aren't 100% raw because they are not 100% raw, it's just the facts. Raw peanuts are not very tasty and possibly toxic, so they use cooked ones. They also use juice concentrates(very not raw) in some of the products(like the lemon cookie). It's not about being a "nazi", just about being raw :) While I don't mind a Larabar now and then, I don't consider it a 100% raw food. Some of them are, but some of them aren't. To each their own.

Make your own then you know they are raw. Ingredients for each bar are listed on their website - it's not very hard and alot cheaper.

I had seen a show of "UNWRAPPED" and it featured these bars. The girl who created them did say that some of her bars are 100% raw.

I think if someone feels it's important to be 100% raw, then sure they should check every ingredient to every bar and make their own choice. To me, they're a much better option then other things, and I don't get that same gross feeling I used to when i ate a SAD bar. Everybody has to do what feels right for them.

Thanks for the input. I make my own fruit and nut bars and dehydrate and then freeze them. They are so good for when we are going somewhere and need something really filling for when we are going to be in the car a long time.
I think I will just stick to my own raw food.

They're definitely not a big part of our diet here at my house. My husband prefers the ones I make myself anyway. They're not 100% (or at least some of them. not sure if any are 100%?), but IMO they are a much better option than the other things out there and make for a great snack if we're out and choices are limited.

They normally say on the package if they're all raw or 90% raw, etc. I know the chocolate mint larabars say 90% raw, I still get them every now and then.

P&J sounds like an aweful LÄRABAR-flavor to me. But who knows, it might be nice.

I don't care if it is raw or not. I have always hated peanut butter.
