OMG .. I'm still whirling and whirling over this Pad Thai. It looks like. smells like, tastes like and has the consistance of.. real.. pad thai...

I was wondering if anyone else has made it?

I guess I should look into it, I've never tried it. I'm Happy you liked it so.

I love it! I love it! I love it!

I make the sauce & use it with all kinds of other foods too - on shredded cabbage/carrots/bean sprouts/kelp noodles - I use it as a dip for carrots, celery, zucchini - I put it in my nori rolls with whatever veggies I'm in the mood for...

I love it! I love it! I love it!

I haven't tried this one yet but I think I will be making it for a family gathering on Sunday. I love Alissa's book, I have yet to find one recipe that I didn't like, some I have tweaked for my personal tastes but overall it's been the best money I have spent on RAW prep books to date!

Why not BOTH?

Your right, I will have to make the pad-thai and the stuffed mushrooms :D

Thanks for the recommendation!

Yummmmmm! We made it on Thurs night when my bro & sister-in-lawcame over for supper. It was totally yummy & it really did taste like pad thai. :-) I served it on a platter & my bro was 20 minutes late, so the sauce really got watery on the platter ... next time I will drain a little after it sits & save it for another use. We had the leftover sauce mixed as a salad dressing yesterday & it was delish! Gotta try the stuffed mushrooms! :-)

It gets even better if you add some heat (cayenne), a little cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Awsome.
