Saw there was no thread so I started it...hope that is ok.
I have a headache today and have been taking it easy. I also had a colonic done. Interesting experience.
B: Smoothie of banana, kale, almonds, and coconut oil.
L: Trail Mix, apple
S: I am eating a delicious bowl of zucchini noodles and marinara sauce.
Two more days till payday. I am running really low on raw produce.

Peaches with Alissa’ pineapple nut cream
Salad with grape tomatoes, mung bean sprouts, radish, avocado, shredded carrots and red cabbage, snow peas, and dulse dressing
Shredded spinach and julienned apple with lemon juice and honey
Marinated cremini mushrooms and avocado in nori
Cucumber with miso
62 oz water total

Hi Everybody,
I had a good day today - picked up some dates at the store and it is satisfying my sweet craving. Here was the menu for the day:
- Coconut water
- Smoothie with my usual combo of banana, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, coconut oil, Blue Manna and spinach
- Salad with raw sauerkraut
- Banana
- Romaine salad with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries on top
- Apple
- 2 dates
I need to start looking through my books to see what I should make this weekend. I am thinking about a cheezecake. I notice that when I have stuff like this in the house I feel more satisfied.

Hi Everyone! Well it looks like I'm coming into this thread at the end.... im hoping that there will be a challenge next month. I'm only about a week into a raw lifestyle, but have been researching tons and I'm very excited about all the new techniques and foods i've learned about and can't wait for more!! :o
This is by far the best website/community i've found yet!!!

Day 15 for me, day 5 for hubby. He has brain fog and so many complaints which helps to make me the grounded positive one between us :), but I am feeling pretty moody, unhappy, fatigued today. Due to the ongoing insomnia, I took some valerian last night, which may be the reason I feel so lethargic. Not sure.
My friend keeps saying "Maybe this isn't the right diet for you", hmmmm. :(I don't think it's the wrong one either though. Could I still be detoxing?
B- orange banana salad
S- avo
L- huge salad
S- apple
D- raw corn, broccoli salad with cashews, mixed greens with carrot dressing
PS- Help! Have completely lost my sex drive too.:eek:
