Hi Everybody,

My headache from yesterday is mostly gone but I was exhausted when I woke up this morning so decided to skip the gym and sleep a bit longer. I had nausea this morning after having my E3 Live so I didn't have anything else until lunch. Feeling much better tonight.

Here was my day:

- E3 Live
- Smoothie with banana, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, spinach and coconut oil
- Banana
- Raw sauerkraut
- Cashews

Tonight I am making watermelon soup and plan to have some green juice and some coconut milk. Hope you are all having a great day!

I found a very fruitful fig tree today as i was out walking around in 103 degree heat. They were just plopping all over the ground and getting run over by cars, so i didn't feel bad grabbing all the ripe ones i could reach. Unfortunately, that's the last time for a while that i'm gonna go in for the super sweet fruits. From this day forth, for at least a few months, I'm taking the plunge and doing what's best for my PCOS: I'm eating all raw, and all low glycemic! WOOHOO! let the healing and the serious emotional detoxing BEGIN!:)

So today I had:
figs
Water water water! It's 103 degrees out!
Cucumber
Tomato
water with cucumber
an avocado
and some water

mmaynard - I'm sorry about the detox! I am confused on this, how long are you supposed to feel crap before you feel great?? I only felt amazing for the first week, then haven't really felt that way since. :(

I'm so envious of you ladies in the U.S. with access to Alissa's products! It's so much cheaper to be raw over there. Husband and I can't continue together beyond this month due to the costs! I'll be strict for 30 days (ending August 15). We talked about a Vitamix as a mutual Xmas present to make it easier but December is a ways away.

B- banana, apple
S- orange
L- big salad with sun seeds, raisins, greens, carrots, cukes
S- raw choco bar
D- vegi 'meat' balls with creamy beet sauce over greens

MMM, I have never had fresh figs. I LOVE dried figs so I bet fresh figs are amazing.
I feel so much better, I had some good energy today. Good thing because we went to the state fair and walked around for 8 hours. Talk about sore feet, lol. I packed our supper instead of our usually midway treats we have every year. If mama can't have 'em, ain't nobody gonna have 'em:rolleyes: plus we saved some good money by bringing our own food.

B: Green smoothie of banana, kale, almonds, coconut oil, and cinnamon
L: I honestly can't remember. I had some trail mix at the fair, that must have been lunch!
S: Guacamole with carrot and celery sticks. Tomato and cucumber salad with olive oil.

What happened to Day 29? I enjoy reading the posts on the Monthly Challenge, to see what everyone is eating. Gives me menu ideas. :D
