Hi,
Being of Polish decent, I was wondering if there is a recipe for raw perogies?
Thanks,

Is this in the Ball Park?
Peroshkis
Grind 1 pound of flaxseed in a Vita-Mix without adding water.
Grind 1 pound of sunflower seeds in a food processor.
Blend the following ingredients well in a food processor.
4 lbs carrot
2 lbs celery
2 bunches of kale
1 bunch cilantro or parsley
1 cup raisins
1 c lemon juice
2 T agave
3-4 jalapenos
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 L onion
2 cloves of garlic
Combine ground flax and sunflower seeds with the processed ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well. You have to experiment to get the desired consistency.
Shape into small patties, use an ice cream scoop if you want.
Dehydrate for 8 hours on one side, flip for 10-12 on opposite side.
Makes enough to fill 9 trays!

I would think you could combine the rawvioli recipes I have seen floating around with the mashed cauliflower recipes. Just slice parsnip or beets very thin and fill them with a mashed cauliflower filling such as this (http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/2008/09/raw-food-wednesday-meatloaf-with-plum.html)
You could used the gravy recipe on the same site, or any gravy recipe you like.

These sound really good! Wonder how well they'd freeze? I bet good! Thanks SF, I'll have to try 'em!
