MSM is amasing stuff :D found this online:

MSM, methylsulfonylmethane (METH-əl-sul-FON-il-METH-ane) provides sulfur, a vital building block of joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails, and methyl groups, which support many vital biochemical processes in the body, including energy production. MSM is a naturally-occurring nutrient found in small amounts of many foods.

MSM is naturally occurring in raw fruits and veggies which are grown in the soil and irrigated by the rain. Hence why so many of us take a supplement of MSM...

It's great to take during weight loss as it aids the elasticity of the skin!

only rain water ?

is it like let the skin contract without any trace / lines ??

MSM is still a name sound foreign to me (isolated nutrient ?) ,
because it is not a name for a food type.

MSM is sulfur. ;) You don't 'need' to take a supplement for anything... but some people choose to.

I don't know what trace lines are?

Anyone ever try MSM by Rich Distributing?

I recently bought the cream and powder from Rich Distributing and I would like to know what results anyone has seen from using it or any brand that may be recommended as better. (?)

I'm hoping it with help with scars and thinning hair, as well as skin elasticity.

I know I have seen MSM mentioned on this sight many times, but can't come up with anything by searching for "MSM." This is the only post that comes up when I searc Methyl ( for MethylSulfonyl Methane).

I've been taking MSM for over 2 months now (powder, dissolved in water), and my nails are NOT wonderful. I'm really hoping that I'll see some benefit from drinking MSM water.
I also take horsetail herb capsules, and probiotics.

I take MSM and it has been helpful. I take it with lemon juice, as vitamin C is supposed to assist in its bioavailability. Some people, though, have reported nightmares, so keep this in mind.

Discover the Benefits of Organic Sulfur (Opinion)

(NaturalNews) The chemical name for Organic Sulfur Crystals is methylsulfonylmethane. It is affectionately and lucratively referred to in the supplement industry as MSM. The problem is that once the crystals are powdered the benefits therein are greatly diminished. In addition, if the crystals are not lignan based (from pine trees) and organic, they are useless. It is only the organic crystals that offer the optimum benefits.

It also brake down the mercury. I tried it on myself to make sure it was safe. Then, i put 1/8 of a tea spoon in 1 liter of smoothie for my daughter. She started to be more alerte and communicate better. I used Flora brand and still give it to her from time to time, i always notice significant improvement the same day, perhaps coincidence but quite strange one. I read that it has to be given in small amount through the day to work best.

If it cause you to have insomnia, you shouldn't use that or if you have any problem with your sulfur level, consult a dr. if in doubt. I typically take that in the morning only if i do take it, i rarely supplement now.
