Today I made a peach pie. My son can't eat nuts so I had to combine a bunch of recipes create and wahlah a peach pie with sunflower seeds instead of nuts. It was so good and quick. Tossed it in the dehydrator for about an hour to warm it a bit and to soften the peach slices. I woun't make it again soon it was to good LOL.

Yay!!! That's wonderful! I love raw pies -- can eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert! They're so yum! :)

Happy it worked for you. Sure hope your Son grows out of his Alleregy. Sometimes they do. I have a Friend who has two Children and ALL four of them have Allergies. So she's always Searchin' because one can't eat this and one can't eat that. IN JOY ALL the Summer Peaches, I AM:).

I also made a peach pie yesterday, but with nuts. It was fantastic. Can't wait to have it again.

Well, now you're not a virgin ---to raw pies any more....LOL

What did you mean by your last line? You want to make it again? or you don't?

Did your son like it?

I think she likes it so much she's afraid to make it again for fear of eating it all (again). That makes me want to make it all the more!=) Eating a raw pie isn't like eating empty calories, though--it is nurturing and healing..go on make another if you like!=)

Yes. I meant it was so good it was dangerous to have around. I try not to make rich Raw desserts that are around more then 1 meal. And then only once in awhile.

Oh, Gotcha. But you're doing something right, because you've lost 40 lbs. Congrats by the way.

Kind of nice though that you can indulge every now and then, and still lose.

I didn't make the pie in the picture so you will need to refer questions to her.

And the cashew creme is where????

I only had a cup of cashews left and decided that it would be better to make a chocolate ice cream out of them instead since the pie is divine on its own.
Best decision ever :D
