Not so good morning today. I was quite sick last night. Overate yesterday. Saturday is my 'cooking' day and I went a little nuts (literally) with the gourmet recipes. Sick to my stomach all night. I think my body is telling me its time to lighten up.

B: fruit salad, ginger tea
L: something light - green smoothie probably
D: left over gazpacho, salad
S: made a plum crumble last night, will have a piece if I feel better by tonight.

Good afternoon,

So far today I've had some E3 Live, a smoothie and some raw trail mix. I have a busy day today so I'm not sure how much time I'll be able to spend in the kitchen today.

Hope you are all having a great day!

good evening! i had an awesome day today, foodwise and otherwise.

foodwise:
b -- half an avocado
s -- zucchini noodles and arame, with an avocado-lemon sauce
l -- big ol spinache salad with onion, tomato, beet, olive oil and lemon, salt n pepper
d -- some 'go-raw' seseme flax crackers dipped in a tahini-cinnamon-dulse-lemon sauce creation that was actually REALLY good!
s -- some arame and kelp, soaked and devoured

I don't care what anyone says about it, i feel healthier and better when i keep everything low glycemic. I'm probably gonna work my way up to sweet fruits. right now i'm sticking to my sea vegetables and tahini! nom!

Seedy, can you elaborate on your 'cooked day'? I know this week's was bad but is it usually? Can you maintain the raw benefits having one cooked day? I was told so, but it would be good to hear your thoughts and anyone else's on this!

A really awful day today. Shortly after arriving at work at 5:30 am I got very very sick with diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness. Had to just power through it till the other nurses got there, and I was able to go home at 12:30. Only to discover my very beloved cat Frankie had died. I am surrounded by people who take from me and give back very little. My husband, my children, my work. My Frankie was a giver. As long as his dish was full, he was the happiest, most affectionate guy and just content to be near me. Our neighbor found him by the road.
