I know, just eat them right? But outside of nori for wraps, my sea vegetable experience is pretty limited. So like...what are the different kinds, how do they usually come (fresh? dried? in bags?), how do you eat them? Do you soak them? are there some cool recipes out there? Do different ones have different benefits?

thanks!

Hi kidkid ~ I'm not a fan (yet...) of sea weeds... er... veggies (wink) - but both my husband and I *love* this Cucumber Arame Salad (http://renegadehealth.com/blog/raw-food-recipe-for-cucumber-arame-salad/). I order the Arame through Azure Standard.

Today I did stop and buy some whole dulse (not flakes) to make Ann Wigmore's Energy Soup (http://www.naturalagelessliving.com/index_files/recipes.htm).*Ü*

Great RECIPES Deb... I know Fresh from the Sea.....needs to be soaked and washed to get rid of the sand and salt. I just stick with Nori also.
