I've been taking the raw multi vitamin for a year now and really feel great. I remember a lot of discussion a few years ago on here about vitamin b12 deficiency and other such stuff and I never put much stock in it as I trust raw too much to worry. I did begin to worry a tad when I started reading about how many soils; in the U.S. especially are becoming deficient in nutrients because of lack of crop rotation and lack of organic fertlization and other factors which can affect the nutrient density in frutis and veggies. But then I found this raw vegan vitamin at my local HFS and read all about it (even got the book written by the creator of these supplements) I have been impressed. The only thing not raw about these vitamins that I can see is the vegetable capsules holding the nutrients inside and I just twist it in half and put the contained powder on top of my morning green smoothie, drink it in one drink and it actually tastes delicious. Vey fruity, rich flavor. I wouldn't try doing that with another supplement. Ew! Anyway I did a search and couldn't find a topic already on here about them and wanted to se what others thought of these vitamins. they have all sorts of different ones and I'm really glad that there is a place in the market for these now. I've already accidentally converted someone to raw eating by just telling them about these vitamins and they fell in love. So hey, maybe check it out. www.RawVitamins.com.
