I bought a bottle the other day just out of curiousity- its good! Kind of like a light molasses flavor. Great for my chocolate making- I like dark sweeteners in chocolate. A bit like Yacon but it was cheaper.

Anyone else seen this yet?

In the title it says "RAW" but in the product description they admit it is not raw. So what gives with that?

That site said:

"Also, agave is not raw either."

ALL agave is not cooked. Some agave IS raw, but THEIR stuff is definitely NOT raw.

I'll stick with raw honey.

I contacted the company about their use of RAW in the title, and they contacted me back right away and said that was a mistake and they have now changed it. So that's good!

That's funny, I just looked at it, and it still says "raw"..

I don't get it. When you click the picture for a larger image of the label it says, "The entire process is truly raw. Temperature remains under 117 degrees F."

But, the webpage says,

"The controversial question is: "Is it raw?" The truthful answer is "No." Once the tuber is juiced, it is "dehydrated" (concentrated into syrup) at 132 degrees F."

The label says one thing and the webpage says another, so what's the story? I don't trust 'em.
