View Full Version : how would this tomato strainer juice ?

its a manual hand turned . im wondering if i could use it to juice tomatos and soft fruits . taking whatever juice and pulp it creates then pouring it thru a fine strauner to make juice ?
also if anyone has any experience with these strainers can you recomend a good brand

Actually, I have that exact one. I bought it from Lehman's (http://www.lehmans.com/) a couple of years ago. It works VERY well and I personally love it. I haven't used it since going raw though; hadn't even thought about it actually.

one could grind up whatever then add a bit o water
and strain for a frothless slow turned juice ,
and at a cheaper than a electric juicer price = better juice + cheaper = :D
