Pizza wraps-- marinara and/or cashew cheese with all of your favorite pizza toppings inside like red onion, bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, basil, black olives, marinated mushrooms etc.
Asian Burritos-- mung bean sprouts, thinly julienned cucumbers, cilantro, basil, mint, shredded carrots etc with a dipping sauce like this one http://www.rawfreedomcommunity.info/forum/showthread.php?t=358&highlight=spring+roll
avacado& alfalfa sprouts with veggie sandwich kind of ingredients
I've heard many times of people liking to roll bananas up in romaine, but have yet to try it.
Thanks for this thread!=)

We also love the walnut taco meat wrapped in romaine with avocados and tomatoes. And last night we had Alissa's falafels wrapped with onions, avocados, and whatever else we had in the frig - it was yummy!

I like to chop up onions, bells, zukes, cukes, green onions, whatever veggies I want, in a uniform size. Pack that into a butter lettuce leaf and top with a blended mixture of soaked cashews, tamari, sesame oil, a splash of vinaigrette, and a dash of salt and pepper. PURE HEAVEN!
