As many of you know, cherries are in season:)

I picked up about 10 pounds of organic cherries last weekend, plenty to eat and plenty to dehydrate....or so I thought....

I've been eating 1-2 pounds a day, every day. And there have been................er...................some..... .............problems with this.

Noisy problems.

I told myself I wouldn't eat the whole package I brought to work today, but once I get started, I can't stop.

Another pound and 1/4 gone within 20 minutes....

It's going to be another tense day at the office....:o

I say good for you for eating in season. You body must like something in the cherries or else you wouldn't be eating them like crazy. I have found myself doing the same thing when something comes in to season. Last month it was watermelon. I couldn't get enough of it.;)

I just got my first watermelon in a while this weekend. I won't eat the seedless ones. None of the stores have the seeded kind, I saw these 2 women with a truck full of produce by the road, and the watermelons were oblong....I thought - could it be?!?!?!

Seeded watermelons! woohoo!

I ate it up in just 2 days....

Ah! I think I just figured out why I was so ill feeling last week! I was eating cherries like crazy, one to two lbs. in a sitting. I had no idea cherries could cause this. Now I know!

Its no problem. You can just cut em loose because raw toots don't smell bad. At least mine don't. :)

EZ rider,

I work in an open office, in a very small company. I'm worried some of the louder episodes were heard by the coworkers from the ladies.........

One person sits 4 feet in front of me, another 5 feet back. The farthest off coworker, I can now hear him typing....So 5 of us in close quarters. It's actually a nice office as we're in lake point towers on navy pier and the entire outer wall is glass looking onto navy pier, parks, beach, and lake michigan. Our desks hug the curving glass wall so we all have a stunning view.

But not much privacy:eek:

not much tension today I'm afraid, I was down to my last 1/2 pound, which is now gone, and I will have to progress onto some mangoes.....

Hopefully, there will still be some good prices on cherries at the store on the way home!

George Carlin always said your own toots always smell better than everyone else's.
