Does anyone else here brew water kefir? It is just like kombucha, but less vinegar-y and much, much easier and quicker to make. It is a live drink filled with beneficial yeasts and bacterias. They out-compete the bad yeasts and bacteria in your gut.
Once you have grains, it's so simple! Just pour water and a little sugar or maple syrup over the grains, let it ferment for 1-4 days, drink and repeat. :cool:
