I've been averaging eating about 2 pounds a day for a week or two.

They're not in season long! Get em while they're good and cheap!

I didn't read it ~ but we live in the heart of cherry country here in WA State. I just bought $22 worth or Ranier cherries (these are over the top good) yesterday and they were gone by nightfall... *Ü*

I love this time of year in Washington! Cherries, wild blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are everywhere. I just bought some rainiers and made chocolate cherry ice cream (the one from Ani's raw dessert book). It was totally worth pitting four cups of cherries to make it! And relating to the original post, I totally felt high after eating it :D
