Anybody ever send one of these back? I just called them and ask how to go about returning it for a refund, they told me to just send it back to the address on the box. Sounds too simple to be true.

The pitcher and lid are very hard to get on and off. Yesterday I had to hold the base while my wife twisted the picther, with if full of smoothie. Today I hit the power button and the LED display is not working. I've only had it a few weeks so I'm afraid what may go wrong next.

It does a great job of blending and is very powerful. I paid the extra and got the more powerful unit with the three year warranty, about $300. total. For the money I paid I should spent a little extra and got a Vita Mix (which I did not know about at the time).

Supposedly it has a 60 day money back guarantee, we shall see how much I get back.
