onions are a great food for remineralisation aswell as lot's of wild greens nettles dandelion chickweed.

avoid all vinegars except apple cider vinegar.
everytime you eat dried fruit floss right after.
david wolfe mentions to eat grass hmm well if im gonna do that sometime ill throw it in my smoothies.
also nettle added to smoothies doesn't sting you and is beneficial for your teeth.
and instead of brushing them use a thick tissue or hankey and rub each one after your mouth is no longer acidic. this cleans them a lot better but brush top parts and bottom parts.

if your teeth are becoming a little sensitive cut out the sweet fruits and dried fruits for a couple of weeks and up your greens. i love chard and spinach also snack on parsley it's rich in b12 and alkalizes your mouth.
if you havn't tried wheatgrass like me then this as good as normal grass and will remineralize your body.
try and find alternative dressings without vinegar citrusy fruits that are ripe arn't dangerous for your teeth if very little is used.
lime and lemon with cayenne pepper is nice. cinnamon is my favourite spice and it is not harmful for your teeth it helps revoe bacteria.

lol, when i was reading it, for some reason i saw grass and immediately saw a nicely manicured lawn. i.e. carpet grass! hee hee! i wonder if ALL types of grass are good for you (even carpet grass, and other types we usually *walk* on). i mean, i used to see my dog eat it, but then she ate other things ~ahem~ that i wouldn't ever eat either, so...

p.s. thanks so much for the dental tips :)
