Hello,
I'm a 43 year old guy. I found out I had colon cancer about 7 years ago and after some treatment I seem to be on top of that. I've been working as a telecommuter for several years now and my weight has gotten out of hand. I mean, I've always been chubby but now I'm pushing NFL offensive lineman weight.
A few years ago my blood pressure got high enough that I couldn't give blood anymore and a couple weeks ago I took some cold medicine which cause my BP to spike pretty bad. I had a headache for a week.
I just got my new Omega 8006 juicer today and hope to make some changes to my food intake.
Probably won't be posting much, but I'll be lurking and reading.
