marinading nuts w/out dehydrator?

hey everyone,

i dont have a dehydrator but i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas/recipes for marinading nuts?

i.e. i soaked some almonds over night and am currently marinading them in shoyu and ginger and then ill take em out and dry em - and maybe theyll taste good....? can you sense my hesitation? haha. any recipes appreciated :)

or is there any way to cook them in the oven on super low heat that would do it?

all the candied/flavoured/dehydrated nuts are super expensive in australia so im trying to be diy :)
