If I squeeze lemon juice into water and leave it overnight, will it oxidize? Will the quality of the lemon juice degrade considerably compared to if I squeeze it into the water in the morning (not necessarily from a whole lemon, but a quarter that has already been cut and wrapped up)? (I'm not talking about putting slices of lemon into water with the rind, but just the juice itself.)
