I'm about to sign off for the night here, but this got my attention! Already copied the recipe into my Wordpad collection of recipes I've snagged. One could serve this to anyone, beautifully-presented, they'd scarf it down! O know I sure would, and so would my DH, who is loving my raw ice-cream creations these days! Their jaws would drop when you'd tell 'em it was raw.
Another really gifted raw dessert artist is Heathy, who is mentioned alot in Carmella's blog The Sunny Raw Kitchen. But this recipe is just an example of the fabulous food one can have when raw. Why WOULDN'T anyone want to eat this way?
it was freaking delicious! i had to keep it in the fridge otherwise there was just no way to slice it. cut it and plate it before you have dinner, that way it will have softened up in time for dessert!
everyone who had some asked for the recipe and was amazed at the ingredients.
