Hi,

Is there any reason why i shouldn't have at least 1 tablespoon of Barley Grass powder? Everywhere I go online seems to say 1 teaspoon, but I tried 1 teaspoon today and just didn't feel enough. Can their be any negative effects from taking more then just 1 or 2 teaspoons? I want to be free to maybe have 2, 3 or even 4 tablespoons a day!

Don't know of a reason why you shouldn't as long as it's a good quality raw organic one. For some not use to green powders/healthy eating, they can go through detox when consuming a lot so that's why you normally should build up to a higher dose. Some confuse the reaction they might get as being allergic, when they're not.

I take barley grass powder every nite before my sleep.. I take 1 tablespoon and mix it with a little amount of water..

I read from the book written by Rev. Dr. George Malkmus in his book entitled " God's Way To Ultimate Health" that he is advising people to take 3 tablespoon of barley grass a day..1 morning, 1 afternoon and 1 in the evening.. He was a colon cancer patient but he refused to undergo chemotherapy, radiation and surgery..instead he changed his diet to a 100% raw food diet for a year and his colon cancer cured..he has been free from cancer for more than 20 years now.. His book really gave me a motivation to be healthy and to go raw.. :)

maybe I should take 3 tbsp of this powder too..:rolleyes:
