gonna fast monday thru friday this week ,
then really chow down next weekend ..........:cool:
this way i can still really enjoy the weekend ,
and 5 days is long enough to keep in fasting shape

gonna stop eating sunday nite ,
and start off on soley water .
but if i get weakly im gonna juice
something

for now , im really gonna chow down on a
massive salad tonite to fatten up for fast ..............:)

Apple juice is flowing.

end of day one , was just sucking on a little spinach leaf in garden for a few minutes then spit out the leaf

besides that just water . but the juice of that one leaf was like a meal :cool:

water all day , then sucked on then spit out a couple spinach leaf again in garden

not hungry really , but a bit foggy today

on the road again , im so glad to be on the road again :D

today was a fog , but like misslinda says day three is always tough

hoping to be energized tomorrow with my gut empty and
free of having to spend energy digesting

Well, apple juice rules around here lately. Gotta say, this has been intermittent this week, at best. We go on vacation to Oregon early August. Can't very well fast during this time with my wife. But come mid August, watch out! I'm digging in for another long one. I plan to go at least 30 days (to break my very wimpy record of 20 days). And if the wind is with me, I'll keep going until the cows crow and the chickens come out to moo.

day 4 completed . made an orange juice tonite because was low
on energy after long work day

The weather is majorly hot in So Calif. Def fasting weather! Lots more apple juice on this off & on fast. Meanwhile, enjoying the road trip with M.R.

im gonna run with it and go with another fasting highway type theme ,
in this vid ide suggest keying on the guitar solo , while the keys arent shabby neither . and well i also think the drummers very good :D

well 5 days completed , today was a struggle til i got in my garden after work and sucked on a clove of garlic i pulled up outta my very rich organic soil .
it seems garlic quenches appetite for some reason

got weak yesterday at work so im going to juice strawberries / blueberries / pineapple / oranges today for a mega strength juice

6th day completed

mostly water but juiced some oranges for a diluted juice

have to pull off the fasting highway here after 7 days completed

between work busy and exercising i got run down and had to alter course

good trucking with you garden , have fun on your vaycay k :D

( k at the end was valley talk :D , path taught me that :D )

* that makes three fast 09 , all shorties of ten days or less .
but im staying in fasting shape so that rawks :)
