Hi Everyone,
Still raw and enjoying more energy and mental clarity. Wierd, but awesome. I am also in love with a simple and easy smoothie. Just a fresh banana and frozen strawberries whipped into a smoothie. So sweet and filling.
Keep it going!

Hi Everybody,

I'm feeling tired today but still going strong. Here's what I had so far:

- Smoothie with banana, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, coconut oil and vitamineral mix
- Watermelon soup
- Salad with raw sauerkraut on it
- Raspberries - they were sooooo good
- Chia fresca
- E3 Live

I am planning on some cherry chocolate ice cream for dinner. I made it last night and it is great!

Have a great evening!

Oh, yes, I will always remember the moon landing! I was 11 years old and it was a big thrill to watch it on TV. One small step for man.

Today was a weird day....no energy and constant hunger. I feel like I ate all day! I have so much to do and haven't done anything. Specifically I need to fill up the dehydrater so my daughter has some food to take to teen bible camp on Saturday. She is going to try to stay raw. The cook, a good friend of mine and very into healthy eating, is going to be at my house tomorrow so we are going to come up with a strategy so Brenna has a chance to stay raw there. But I need to do my part and get busy! So come on food, give me some energy already!

B: peach and cashews, cherry lara bar
L: Salad with rawmesan and sunflower seeds, vinaigrette dressing
Snack: smoothie of watermelon, peach, and almonds. very tasty!
Supper: So far I have just had some marinated mushrooms. The plan is to make some nori rolls, my first attempt, with sunflower pate, green pepper, and avocado.....if I can get up the energy. For the first time today, I am also not hungry, but daughter comes home from volleyball practice soon and will be HUNGRY. Oh to be 18 again.
