I ordered a free trial (all I had to pay was shipping) and they charged me an extra $79.22 because they said I never cancelled, so they charged me for membership!!! I told them I never wanted it and to cancel it and they said they cancelled it, but 4 days later it was charged. I e-mailed them back and told them I wanted a refund and they e-mailed me back and said they won't refund my money it's too late!!!!!!! The place that did this to me come up in my e-mail customer service and support@naturalhelpdesk.com. Under my checking account they're internet websit was TOPNATURESUPERFOOD.COM that website won't even come up!!
Plus before I ordered this I read everything and it didn't say anything about charging you a $79.22 member ship fee if you don't cancel with in the 15 days!
So please be careful that could of been a cart load of food with that money!!!!!

Call your bank and dispute the charge, block additional charges.

Do call the bank and tell them that it was a scam.
It is a scam. I am getting a lot of spam pushing this so it must be. If it was genuine then then would not be spamming.

The same thing happened me on Moxxor. I was annoyed because I got the link to the company through Mike Adams (the health ranger). I have returned the unwanted product and asked for a refund but have not got it.

Also, check your bank account for any other unauthorized charges from DIFFERENT company names! I know someone who ordered this same 'free trial' and it happened to her too. They charged her the $79 even before the 'free trial' came in the mail...! This company operates under different names, so they can keep charging your account un-noticed!!
You might even want to get a new debit card (if that is the method of payment you used). Get on the phone with this company and demand a refund in full, it will be a hassle, but ask to speak with a superior until you get someone who will refund you.....this is what my friend had to do, and it was a hassle, but she finally got a full refund (still got a new debit card number though, just to be safe!)
Good Luck!:)
Same thing happened to me when I ordered a product called Resmedin which has the Resveratrol in it that Dr. Oz says is so good for you. They advertised a 30 day free supply. I didn't order any more and before the month was over, they sent me 3 more bottles and charged me for the free bottle! I kept it, paid the bill and I have one more bottle to take and I wish I could tell you that I look and/or feel better, but I don't! Got to quit falling for these things!

i forget the name of the product.. it's claimed to work like viagra and their commercials are on all nite... well the founder of that company sits in jail today and has been there for over a year and i think 15 more years to come??? ... all for scams just like this! i guess he has someone running it for him now.
they get your credit card info and never cancel you and charge you and often don't pay you back.

I just recently quit my job at Bank Of America and ACAI gave me headaches for MONTHS. So many people took the free trial only to get charged for months afterwards.
If you ever see ANYTHING that says "Free Trial" and asks for your credit card number... RUN AWAY! They're always scams. And they pass your info on to other companies. Sometimes they'll just charge you $1 a month and you'll never notice it.
BEWARE!

I thought something like this might happen when I ordered my "Free Acai Berry Pills", so I went to my online credit card management and issued a temporary $5 credit card number. It worked, and I got my free pills (minus the $4.95 shipping). However, now I've received 2 emails over the past week:
Subject: Credit Card Declined
We are contacting you to let you know that we need your help, it seems we
have something wrong and are unable to process your credit card.
Mistakes do happen, and since we are human it might be something simple
like a missed number or something.

So, I suspect they're trying to charge something I didn't order.
I feel like I've won some kind of battle here. :)

FYI,
Paypal also offers 'virtual' credit cards (one time use). I've used it many times. The virtual card allows the merchant to charge you up to three times and expires in a few weeks. However, you can cancel the number immediately after the first charge. It's use is free if you have a paypal account.

edit: Sorry, didn't follow the link in the post directly above me from 'sport'. Points to the same thing.
