Where do u get your bulk nuts and hemp seeds?
How long do they last?

In the fridge at my health food store. I keep them in the fridge at home and they last as long as I need them. I don't buy huge amounts.

I get them online and try to store in the fridge.

But there's alwasy so many greens in there!

I soak them for the required time and then I either dry them again in the dehydrator or I put them in the freezer. I use them directly from the freezer.

i usually buy almonds, cashews & hemp seeds from www.dimondhealth.com

i store most nuts in freezer and keep a batch in the fridge. they last a very long time. i read it can be stored at room temp for awhile too.
