You you recommend some easy recipes for people on a budget?
I only got 30$ to spend.

When I'm on a budget I get staples and make simple salads.
My budget staples are:
tomatoes
greens
avocado
oranges
bananas
With the above, and with any herbs, spices etc I can make great salads.
I can also make green smoothies, which are a great meal.
Other cheap and filling veg and fruit include:
apples
corn
carrots
Lettuce (for wraps)
onion
You can grate up the carrot, slice up tomatoes, some slivers of avocado, and some onion and corn and any flavourings you have (I put a bit of sesame oil and salt), place it all on large lettuce leaves and you have a cheap, filling meal!
Hope this helps!
