I've been studying the combining charts and statements.
One stands out about coconut. I read many times (don't have the links) that coconut oil is one of the best.
Here in the chart in this archived thread the coconut is listed as a poor protein at the top left.

But look at that chart. It's not JUST Raw foods.
I personally do not worry about carbs and proteins and counting this and that. I like to keep it simple...

But it may be a poor protein at the same time as being a great fat.

Coconut oil is oil (100% fat), so of course it has 0% protein and 0% carbs. It's still the healthiest oil of all.

Everything doesn't have to be a great source of protein. You don't need that much protein anyway. Protein is way overrated.

I'm with VFL......I combine, mix and beat it all up together. You don't have too many problems when you are eating Whole Foods. Sometimes the Problem might be, you are not getting it peeled or washed fast enough. Ieep it Simple and IN JOY your Journey.

I simply eat and eat simply....no charts, no fussing or figuring. To me, food becomes a job and a chore, yet another complicated thing in this life.
I just eat.

Just got the vitamix today. reading up on this beast.

I was planning on memorizing that chart and pinning it up on the ceiling above my bed as my nightly religion, why?

I'm just curious ~ why coconut? and why protein? How/why can one fruit matter in the whole chart?
