I was just reading a statement on a blogsite that stated there are "rules" for combining foods and:

"Melons should always be eaten alone"

Going to take me a little while to figure this out...

Hello,

I just read through the "Raw food guidelines" that you attached... it mentions combining certain veggies and fruits with cheese, meats, dairy and eggs.... all no-no's on a raw diet.

I'm just 3 weeks raw(and loving it:)), but I haven't heard about the limitations of food combining. I've seen a few posts with same foods, not sure what this is all about yet either.

Can someone help with this?

If you have Alissa's book, it explains this...;)

I am actually picking up my copy today... Whole Foods ordered for me.

But, can you provide a brief explaination... packing up 2 out of 3 kids for a sport camp today and they are teenage girls:eek:... I don't think I'll be able to open the book until this weekend.
